4.1. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the DealSavvy Dashboard, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

5. License and Restrictions

DealSavvy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior consent.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Service’s source code.
  • Use the Service to engage in any unlawful or harmful activities.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to DealSavvy. By using the Service, you grant DealSavvy a license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service. We adhere to strict data privacy practices and will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use DealSavvy for any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of DealSavvy shall be resolved in the courts of US.

14. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of DealSavvy and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. DealSavvy will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles DealSavvy to counterclaim the refund.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
